We're here to serve you with the best tasting, most nutritious food nature can produce! All of the food found here is produced naturally in a management intensive model that attempts to mimic nature's processes. When we say "nothing added," we mean that we don't feed, inject, spray or otherwise include any of the vaccines, pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, fungicides or other things that are typically included in industrially produced food. That said, we prefer to emphasize the positive. The green grass (pasture) component of our approach is paramount to highly nutritious, nutrient dense food. All of our animals have a continuous supply of fresh green grass throughout the growing season. In the winter, we continue grazing on reserve forage as long as possible before switching to hay produced right here in the Maple Grove historic district.
